Local

Orders will be dispatched in 3 to 5 working days depending on if we have your garment in stock or need to make one up for you.

Please be aware that we will rather take a little longer and make sure you get a beautiful garment, than get into the business of fast fashion.

 

Delivery is free for orders above R1500.

 

All other deliveries are R120 countrywide and take 2 days depending on your location.  We will email you a tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched,  so you can be on top of your delivery time.

 

NB: Please give us a street address as we use a courier service and they do not deliver to PO Boxes.

 

International

 

Orders will be dispatched in 3 to 5 working days.

Once your order has been processed it will reach you between 4-10 working days depending on your location.  International shipping costs will depend on the weight and size of your items and shipping zones.  We use DHL Express for all international shipping.  Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties charged by the receiving country.  Please understand that our shipping costs are high due to our location.  Riebeek Kasteel is far from the rest of the world!

 

 

Returns

A purchase may be returned within 7 days after receiving it, at your own cost.

 

  • A full refund will be given if the garment has a defect on it once we receive the returned garment.
  • If the sizing is incorrect we will exchange the garment for you with pleasure after receiving your returned garment.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds on sale items.
  • We can also not accept any returns for any garments altered or made to your specifications.
  • Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for any international returns.
  • Please understand that garments need to be in their original state with all tags intact for any returns to be accepted.
